Descriptions

Trigger points are “knots” that form deep in the muscle tissue and can spread pain to other parts of the body. Trigger point massage therapy involves applying pressure and release onto a specific site in the muscle and communicating with client to gauge pressure and location of the knot.

The targeted approach of trigger point massage can greatly alleviate regular pains caused by stress and bad posture after only one session. The benefits of this massage can be felt throughout the body as these painful points often migrate to other muscles.
